These terms govern your use of the Innovite website at innoviteai.com. They do not govern any commercial engagement — that’s covered by the separate engagement agreement we sign with each client.

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or automated form responses
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its backend systems
- Use the site to harass, defame, or send unsolicited communications
- Reproduce, copy, or republish any content without permission
Information accuracy
The case-study figures, stats, and testimonials on this site are presented in good faith. Where a number is described as “peak” or “best-case”, that’s deliberate — your results will depend on your deal size, starting pipeline, and how much of our system you use.
Nothing on this site is a guarantee of outcomes. Specific commitments are made only in writing in your engagement agreement.
Bookings and pricing
Any pricing discussed during a strategy call is a starting point. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any engagement begins. Booking a strategy call is free and creates no obligation on either side.
Third-party content
The site embeds video content from Wistia, fonts from Google Fonts, and analytics from Plausible. Their respective terms apply when you interact with their content.
Intellectual property
All copy, design, code, and visuals on this site are the property of Innovite unless otherwise credited. The Innovite name, logo, and any related marks are not licensed for use without written permission.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. We don’t accept liability for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited under English law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change.
